Initially we saw Henry, our dearest Excellent Dane; he was
no more than a small, cowering basketball of fluffy fur.
As my spouse Christie started out the entrance of the cage
he’d journeyed in, he teetered to a status place and seemed out at us, going
his go gradually from part to part, getting in the wonder of it all.
Finally, as if with a weight of us up and determining we
were appropriate, he tentatively encouraged his little nasal area ahead and
provided Christie her first coat.
